Fellows Staffing. temporary associates enjoy many benefits.

Holiday Pay: After working 1500 hours within the previous 12 months, a Fellows temporary will be eligible for holiday pay in observance of the following holidays:

• New Years’ Day
• Memorial Day
• Labor Day
• Independence Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

The 1500 hours must be completed the week prior to the holiday. You must also work a minimum of 24 hours the week of the holiday.

Vacation Pay: After completing 1000 hours of work within the previous 12 months, you are eligible for 5 days of vacation pay at your average daily rate. You may take a pre-arranged 5 days off with pay or receive the extra money in your paycheck. It is your responsibility to give us a one week’s notice.

Word Proccessing / Computer training: You can receive free training on computer software with our state-of-the-art tutorials on all the latest software packages.

Excellence Bonuses: Quarterly excellence bonuses of $100 can be earned by your achievement of 10 excellent ratings out of 13 on your Employee Evaluations after you've worked a minimum of 300 hours in the fiscal quarter. Evaluations must be mailed by the client. We will accept faxed copies. All evaluations must be received within two weeks of the week being evaluated.

Temporary of the Month: A $50 cash bonus is awarded to the temporary who has made an "outstanding contribution" during the month.

401K: Employees are eligible after completion of 1 year of service with Fellows. See consultant for details.

Referral Bonus: The strength of our service depends on our network of people who recommend us to their friends. For your referral of a temporary worker who works a minimum of 40 hours you will receive a $25.00 gift certificate.

Medical Benefits: After completing 500 hours on Fellows Staffing's payroll we will contribute up to $75.00 of your monthly premium as long as you continue to work at least 80 hours per month for Fellows Staffing. See consultant for details.

Tuition Reimbursement: Available after 150 hours on Fellows payroll and a minimum of 80 hours per month. See consultant for details.

Vision: Vision care discount at all "For Eyes" in all Chicagoland locations.

*Average daily pay rate for holiday and vacation pay is calculated by the average pay rate for the last 160 hours worked.
